Most clients find the process of building, or remodeling, overwhelming. It’s our job to guide you through this intimidating evolution. We are not only designers, we are your advisor, your scout and your interpreter.
THE INTERVIEW: We start by asking the right questions. Not only do we want to know about your style preferences, we want to understand your lifestyle. Do you have kids? Do you pack their lunches? Do they do their homework in the kitchen? Do you entertain? Does someone often help you in the kitchen with cooking or clean up? Do you like to set up a buffet? The answers to these and many other questions lead to unique design solutions that you may not have considered. Form truly does follow function.
AS-BUILT FLOORPLAN: Measurements matter. One of the first things we do is provide an as-built floorplan for your project so we have a precise layout. It’s crucial to you,and to us, that every product we provide...fits.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN: We draw our initial concepts by hand. This creative part of the process illustrates how we arrive at the space plan we recommend.
FINISH PALETTES: Let the fun begin! Hub of the House goes way beyond cabinetry. It’s one of the things that sets us apart. We do the entire room...wall to wall, floor to ceiling, soup to nuts. (OK, no soup) One stop shopping!
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS: These drawings are in ½” scale and are to the 1/8”. They’re a significant facet of our reputation. We are known in the industry and referred by architects, interior designers, and contractors for how precise and thorough our plans are. When drawings are done at our level of precision, details can be worked out AHEAD of time, instead of stopping construction to work out a detail.
SHOPPING: We can do the legwork for you. We’ll provide a final selection of product, taking the pressure off a client with no time, patience or interest. We’ll hunt down the perfect piece of stone, or do the research for the best appliance.

ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING: When we provide cabinets we can also provide anything and everything the client needs to complete the project. We will oversee the fabrication and the delivery; if installing that product, we are also on the jobsite monitoring the installation. We can design the most amazing space, but the correct execution is equally important.
CLIENT REP: Whatever it takes. If a client wants us to be available 24/7, we will. Keeping our client’s best interest foremost in our minds as we get the job done. In this role we go to the jobsite regularly.
We coordinate weekly meetings with our staff, the clients and the contractors to address any questions as they arise. Organization works!
